Male Yoga Exercises for Abs
OM! Chanting this is not always necessary in yoga therapy. Power yoga training can be as tough and challenging as any other gym or physical exercise. If you want to  build up your abs, you just cannot miss power yoga. These male yoga exercises for abs are just right to give you that very envious pairs of abs without over-straining yourself. Yes, you will definitely have that 8-pack abs to flatter yourself with!
 
You can try out the following yoga poses, postures and deep breathing exercises in the calm of your home. You need not go to any gym or aerobic center. There is a list of six male yoga exercises for abs, which are a part of power yoga. These should be done in continuation, one after the other. The exercises should be done uniformly, giving equal importance to both sides of your body. Properly done, the entire set will only take only half an hour to complete. Is not that a wonder!
