Due to  hectic schedule, bad working habits and incorrect posture, men often complain of severe back and neck related problems. Incorrect posture while working may result in the abuse of neck and back muscles. This may result in muscular pain in the neck and back. If unchecked, this may have severe repercussions.

Yoga therapy for the neck and back muscles is extremely helpful in bringing back circulation and toning these muscles again.
