By strengthening your breathing capability you can increase your stamina to do cardio exercises and weight training. Similarly, there are other poses which can help you with your workout regime in different ways.

Doing Yoga after you have lost it all
When you have shed the excessive weight already, doing yoga is a very good way to maintain the healthy shape thus achieved. Most of the people practice yoga to maintain a healthy body shape and a balanced mind. So, practicing yoga even if you have a slim body is a good deal in all cases.

So, when it comes to yoga, you can practice it to lose weight and even after that. It would help you lose weight and also maintain it!
