Padmasana In this pose, you happen to be in a sitting pose with your legs placed on opposite thighs. Pre natal yoga training can be obtained from free yoga sites. Exercising in yoga style would help bring spiritual tranquility to pregnant woman. Postnatal yoga should also be continued, once the baby is delivered. Pre natal yoga therapy classes are also offered. You may get training from these classes while you are planning for a baby.
