All About Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga was initially practiced and developed through the study of different asanas or yoga poses and pranayama or breathing exercises. Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga. Mr. Iyengar has developed the new type Iyengar Yoga and simplified over 200 classical yoga Asanas and 14 different types of Pranayama from the simple to the incredibly difficult.
