Learn To Practice Slow Hands Yoga Meditation
Sometimes a fast pace may not be all that you may need. Moving with an extremely fast pace in your life can create chaos and confusion. This calls for the need to slow down and focus more on the things around you. Slow hands yoga meditation helps you with this.

Go through the following steps to practice slow hands yoga meditation.

Step 1
Sit in a comfortable position. Now start shaking your hands rigorously, the way you would do to fling off water. After a few minutes your hand will start feeling energized. Now, place the hands on your thigh with the palms facing the ceiling. Try to concentrate on the sensations that you may be experiencing in your hands.

Step 2
Start deep breathing. Take a long deep breath straight into your belly. Inflate your upper chest with air to the maximum level possible. Then start exhaling slowly. Try to relax as much as possible as you exhale.

Step 3
As you practice deep breathing try to imagine a flame or a light at your core. Imagine or visualize this light getting brighter as your inhale and dimmer as you exhale.

Step 4
Now, think of energy flowing through your body with every deep breath. Feel the energy filling in your chest. Imagine this energy flowing through your arms and reaching your palms. Try to feel the warmth of this energy in your palms.

Step 5
Center all your concentration on your palms. Try to center your attention on the air that is touching your fingers and palms. Also, try to make note of the outline of your hands. Once you have become completely aware of your palms, lift them into air. Make sure that you raise your hands only slightly. Now, leave your hands still in the air.

Step 6
Now start moving your hand upwards in an extremely slow manner possible. Try to concentrate even on the slightest movement of your hands. The slower your hands move, the better it is. Your hands should be moving so slowly that you should feel that they are moving by their own.

Step 7
Bring both the palms towards each other. Flip the palms so that they face each other. Try to feel the energy that lies between the two palms. You could also try to imagine the edges of the energy fields of the two palms touching each other. At this point, your mind will be an absolutely relaxed but much more aware than it ever was.

Step 8

Now take your own sweet time to bring your hands to the normal position. Once you are done, you will feel a lot relaxed.
