Positive Thinking And Yoga Medication Go Hand In Hand
What is mind? Mind is a bundle of thoughts! Well, when the thoughts are changed, the mind is changed; when the mind is changed, the man is changed; when the man is changed, the society is changed; when the Society is changed, the Nation is changed; and when the Nation changes for the better, we say that there is plenty and prosperity in the country. And such changed Nations change the world!

Looks very simple-but, actually it is logical too!

Is UNO redundant then? In such an ideal situation, it is and that ideal situation is achievable. How? Sit and meditate. No mass philosophy, howsoever viciously propagated, has ever changed humanity. It cannot and will never. Where lies the solution? Again I say, at the cost of repetition, sit and meditate! Unless you do that, unless you change yourself, how you can own the responsibility of changing others?

What is meditation? It is a very vast subject, but any type of meditation, is bound to give you positive results. When you reach the ultimate state of meditation, the results will be precedent-shattering!

Meditation is the process of quieting the mind. Initially to lull it, but the ultimate aim is to destroy it. For, the lulled mind will rise again-the desires will sprout! But a destroyed mind can never hope to rise again-when it is not there, where is the question of its rising?

To meditate is to know. At least, to commence the initial process of knowing! You can not know the meaning of your life till you reach that stage where you get connected to the power that created you. The process of meditation, will take you many amazing heights! You may find it unbelievable. But unless you experience it within with your own efforts, you will have no options.

Positive thinking and medication go hand in hand. The purpose of meditation is to still the wavy mind, full of thoughts and desires. This thoughtless state, when achieved is called the realization of the Self. At that level, you are one with the Reality!

The ability to control the thoughts is within everybody. There is no deep mystery involved! Only, we have to make efforts very sincerely. The problems and mundane worries will disappear because you are no more attached to it. Curry for the night will no more be the worry for the morning!

There are various techniques of meditation. Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Siddha Yoga Meditation, Third Eye Meditation subsequent to being blessed by Brahm Gyan by the Perfect Master are some of them.
Mind you, the mind is worth being meditated upon and worth being destroyed. That too, through meditation!

So, start meditating! It is already late, and tomorrow may be too late!
